• Before you accept a quote: free.
• After you accept, more than 24 hours before pickup: 25% of the quoted fare.
• Within 24 hours of pickup: 50% of the quoted fare.
• After the driver is dispatched, or no-show: up to 100%, only after owner review (may be reduced or waived).

Cutoff is measured against your pickup date/time in Dominica time (AST, UTC−4). "Ride now" trips count as within 24 hours. Any fee is an estimate pending owner review. No payment is collected — online payment is not set up yet.

An owner-issued quote alone does not confirm your acceptance. You acknowledge this policy when accepting a new quote. Existing bookings without acknowledgement are not charged under this policy.
